This habit tracker has multiple purposes.
i) I recommend a PRE-CHALLENGE exercise. For 5-7 days, BEFORE the launch of the challenge, use a copy of this tracker to record the amount of water you CURRENTLY consume. This will give you something to compare your post-challenge results to.
ii) Use a second copy of the tracker DURING the challenge itself, to record the increasing amount of water you consume. At the end of the challenge you can compare it to your first sheet.
iii) You can print off further sheet to continue using AFTER the challenge, if you are interested in keeping tabs on your consumption.

Everything else that you need, will be posted in the group. Each day there will be a quick post for you to read or listen to and a box to tick to say you have completed it.
