i) I recommend a PRE-CHALLENGE exercise. For 5-7 days, BEFORE you start the challenge, use a copy of this tracker to record the amount of water you CURRENTLY consume. This will give you something to compare your post-challenge results to.
ii) Use a second copy of the tracker DURING the challenge itself, to record the increasing amount of water you consume. At the end of the challenge you can compare it to your first sheet.
iii) You can print off further sheet to continue using AFTER the challenge, if you are interested in keeping tabs on your consumption.

So yesterday the girls got a colouring page, today the boys get one too. It's just as important for our children to stay hydrated, especially when they are constantly on the go. I know you have probably had enough of home schooling for now, but this "lesson" is a very valuable one.
